We had an absolute emergency (as described), a decision between life and euthanasia. Unfortunately, we couldn't get an appointment. We were referred to other vets who were also fully booked. I think that's awful. They could have said no further appointments, only emergency cases. That would have been perfectly fine with us. No new patients, we're sorry. I know nobody can be in two places at once and everyone is booked up, but what are you supposed to do as a pet owner in an emergency... let it die?

She's my trusted veterinarian! Ms. Fennewald is extremely knowledgeable and very dedicated. I've been taking my rabbits to her for years – her way with animals is wonderful. Thank you for being there! :)

A very kind, competent, and empathetic veterinarian, in whose care our two sweethearts are in excellent hands. Dr. Fennewald always considers the best treatment option before immediately resorting to expensive medications or procedures, and she discusses everything thoroughly with me before treating our dogs, always with everyone's best interests at heart. Excellent veterinarian. My parents have been going to her for about 15 years, and now I do too, with my two cats.
