Outstanding veterinary care in an emergency – thanks to Dr. Ebbinghaus in Bürgel! I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Ebbinghaus and his team in Bürgel – they were our savior on a stressful Friday afternoon! Our little Chihuahua suddenly had serious health problems, and after being turned away by several veterinary practices in Jena due to capacity issues (with the recommendation to go to Leipzig…), we were quite desperate. Then we found Dr. Ebbinghaus's practice – and what a difference! From the very first moment, I was greeted with great warmth and expertise. The vet not only listened attentively but immediately recognized the urgent need for our little treasure. No long waiting times, no turning us away – instead, immediate, expert treatment. It's simply incredible how important veterinarians like these are – people who are not only medically top-notch but also show genuine empathy and dedication. Dr. Ebbinghaus and his team supported us with great reliability and human warmth during a difficult situation. For us, this wasn't just a treatment – ​​it was a true lifesaver. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Mr. Ebbinghaus. He accompanied us through one of the most difficult moments – saying goodbye to our beloved family dog.
