Despite numerous desperate attempts to contact them, no response was given. It's a shame; a sick animal isn't an object, but a living being that needs help, and potential customers should be treated accordingly. If you don't have time, you can let them know. But simply doing nothing is unacceptable.

A wonderful osteopath and a wonderful person. Very realistic, highly educated, and well-informed. I'm so glad I met her.

Once again, our 10-year-old Labrador mix received excellent and professional treatment. He arrived at the clinic limping. After the treatment, he still left limping, but less so. The next day, he was barely limping at all. Oh, and by the way, Ms. Franze isn't a veterinarian. She's a physiotherapist and osteopath for animals.

I highly recommend Friederike; my two boys love her. She has a special way of handling and helping animals. My old man is like a different person after her treatments.

I've been trying to reach this woman for weeks now. I've left several messages on her answering machine, and I've tried contacting her via email through her website multiple times. I keep hearing that she's currently undergoing treatment. She also mentions a waiting list because of her second child. That's all well and good. But I don't want her wallpapering my apartment; this is about a sick animal. Apparently, when it comes to financial gain, Ms. Franze reveals her true colors. Shame on you.
