My cat was sick, and that scared me. I came to this practice because I wasn't satisfied with the initial treatment from my long-time vet. And the way everyone here treated my cat with such care and affection 🤩 is truly remarkable. I received support in stabilizing my cat and learned a lot about how to manage the stress at home. He's going in for dental surgery tomorrow morning. It's expensive, but I want my cat to receive thorough treatment and examinations. They were able to do blood tests right here at home, and the panoramic x-ray was fascinating. You can see every organ. My advice is: take a look in your cat's mouth occasionally, or even better, take him to this practice for his annual check-up. The communication among the vets at the practice is excellent, especially since it wasn't immediately obvious why my Gizmo was in such bad shape. That's why I'm giving him 5 stars 💫💫💫💫💫

One star to many. Very unfriendly and condescending. Never even looked at our cat outside the travel box. She wanted to put the cat under anesthesia without any interaction with it so she could palpate her stomach. Charged 30 Euro without ever looking at the cat outside her box, or even bending over to look at her in the box. .

Our cat, who suffered a severely infected wound after being incorrectly treated by another veterinarian, was taken seriously immediately and operated on the very next day, despite the holidays. Dr. Deisenroth's swift and professional help saved his life and spared him a hospital stay. Loving aftercare and an incredibly empathetic practice team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

We spontaneously brought my father-in-law's dog there. Yes, appointments are required, but we got one quickly and on the same day. No long waits. And a very competent veterinarian. :)

For me and my cat Jack, this is the best veterinary practice we know. The entire team, especially Dr. Deisenroth, exudes a very calm and welcoming atmosphere. Questions are answered thoroughly and clearly. Jack is always treated with great care. Medications are carefully labeled with instructions, so no mistakes can happen when you're so flustered and forget everything when your pet is sick. We are so glad we found this practice with such an empathetic team.
