Jens Giefer and his colleague were at our stable about two weeks ago and did my older mare's teeth. They were both incredibly friendly and explained everything throughout the entire process! 👍🏼
The men were here at the farm for the first time this morning. We were pleasantly surprised that two of the team came. Four horses needed treatment. The three mares and the youngster were treated with such lovely calmness that my friend decided to have her not-so-"nice" horse (who hates injections and having its mouth handled :)) treated as well. We were all surprised because even the mare was treated without a peep. We were given a lot of explanations and demonstrations. Humor and coffee were also part of the experience!

We had our first appointment with our two horses today. We are absolutely thrilled with the wonderful work. The way the horses are handled is exceptionally loving, calm, and truly horse-friendly. You can feel that they work with a lot of heart, patience, and genuine passion. What's particularly impressive is the calmness around the horses – no rush, no pressure, just sensitive and respectful work where both horse and human can feel comfortable. A truly special service, characterized by expertise, empathy, and sensitivity. Highly recommended – we'll definitely be back!
I called on Monday because my mare might have a toothache and got an appointment for Tuesday right away! 😁 Then Jens and his colleague came to our stable yesterday. Super friendly and absolutely pro-horse – no rushing in, but taking some time for the horse with someone she didn't even know – and, which is very rare, they completely involved you and explained what would be done. My mare, who is usually sedated from the start, was examined without sedation, which I was very happy about. Then they gave me a few tips, and that was it. Friendly, uncomplicated, and pro-horse – rarely experienced, and I'm so glad I found this practice! 🙏🏼😊 I'll only go here for dental work from now on!
