Something bad has happened here. We have been a patient with Knoop for 30 years. Just in the last 2 years we have seen that the treatment has been getting worse. Before anytime you brought your animal in they got looked at, ears eyes and hart and breathing. The checked you animals general fitness. Now they ask you what is wrong and just check that. Sorry you have lost us as a patient, because we have seen that it has gone very money orianted. If you read this please take the time to look at the fitness of the animal, we are not vets and will miss anything wrong with our pets. You can help suffering just by taking 2 mins to check.
