We took our cat to the emergency vet. I've rarely encountered such an unfriendly veterinarian. Her main focus was filling out the patient registration form and entering our information. This was followed by a half-hearted examination. Antibiotics were prescribed, and no alternative forms of administration were offered. She was very snide when I dared to pay with my credit card instead of a debit card. "You can hardly do that in any veterinary practice," she said. I will never pay this vet again, as we will not be going there.

I really can't understand the bad reviews here. Because of the holidays, I used the emergency service. Ms. Schaffroth was friendly, competent, and professional. I was very impressed with her.

Unfortunately, I had to use the emergency veterinary service over the weekend. My dog ​​developed itching and a swollen cheek overnight. To me, it was clear he had mites, but I wanted to get it checked out. After a two-minute examination, a diagnosis was made that would have given any pet owner sleepless nights. The dog was given painkillers and other expensive medications, which I refused to administer. At the follow-up appointment (with my regular vet), it turned out that the dog didn't have any of the diagnosed illnesses.
