Excellent handling of our very shy semi-feral cat. Everything was perfect, from scheduling the appointment to leaving. She especially enjoyed the treat they gave us.

A very strange phone call. The woman who answered repeatedly told me, "I don't know you. Where are you from?" After I complied with this verbal "command," she replied, "I still don't know you," until finally she asked why I was calling. I've already called several other veterinary clinics, and in NONE of them was the first question where I was from. The focus was always on my pet.

Very friendly and loving care. They are very strict about adhering to the COVID-19 measures, which is a good thing. Even though the vet had an important follow-up appointment, he still took plenty of time for our little fur baby. Thanks again for the kind treatment 🖤

We got a puppy two months ago and tried several vets to find the right one. Unfortunately, we had some extremely negative experiences and were constantly pressured into buying unnecessary treatments, sometimes even encountering rude reactions if we disagreed with the vet. With Dr. Quinz, we've finally found a vet who is not only highly professional but also incredibly kind and friendly with the animals. You can always call and ask questions (another vet even charged you for that!), and sometimes examinations are even free (which we don't allow, but we still leave a nice tip). All in all, we're thrilled to have found a vet who is friendly, knowledgeable, doesn't always prescribe medication unnecessarily, and whose prices are very reasonable!

A very good veterinarian. He even came to our house so our dog could be euthanized. He also takes a lot of time with new dogs and explains everything. It's just a shame he's retiring soon.
