Frau Dr. Daniela Neubauer & Frau Brunner were very kind, calm and gentle, and our Laika was well taken care of. The facility is very clean. Thank you so much.

On Friday, I took our 2 1/2-year-old cat to Dr. Neubauer's vet. She wouldn't take his temperature or draw blood, saying it was impossible without sedation, but even with sedation, it was still too late that day. She simply touched him and gave him a fever reducer and a deworming tablet, then sent him home. On Saturday evening, he suddenly collapsed and couldn't get up. He's been hospitalized at the animal clinic in Wiener Neustadt ever since. To just brush him off with "it'll be nothing" is outrageous! I will never set foot in that clinic again. Update: After she called me, I had to listen to her explain why I had given her a bad review, insisting she hadn't done anything wrong, and she was upset and angry because it was unfair. To be honest, I was even more disappointed after the call and wanted to share my experience here!
