My two beagles, Milow and Greg, as well as myself, are very grateful for the excellent professional treatments, the warmth, understanding, and open-mindedness. From the very first moment, we felt very comfortable, well cared for, and understood. Even at our first appointment last summer (2023) with Milow, we were warmly welcomed, so any initial shyness quickly disappeared and trust developed rapidly. With great understanding and expertise, Milow and Greg's current needs are addressed anew at each appointment. Always focused on the four-legged friend... my two "Milow & Greg" love their physiotherapist :-) I am very happy to have found such excellent care and would recommend this physiotherapy practice without hesitation. Every sick animal treated here is fortunate, and so are their owners.

Our little one has been under Sigrid Habben's care for two years now 🙏🙏🙏 We owe it to her that Krümel can walk properly again after having surgery on both legs at the same time... (torn cruciate ligaments). Krümel is 15 years old 😊😊 and enjoys every day of his life.

First of all... 25 out of 5 stars! My vet in Westerstede, just 600 meters away, took about an hour and three phone calls from me to tell me she didn't have time to euthanize my dog, completely unsympathetically and without offering any alternatives. After what felt like 20 calls to vets, I finally got through to Mr. Habben's practice. It was late Friday afternoon, February 20th. After a brief phone call and a quick call back, Mr. Habben jumped in his car and was at my dog's home within 25 minutes. Despite the difficult circumstances, he showed his deep love for animals and worked with heart and passion to ensure a dignified farewell for my dog, handling everything with the utmost care, calm, and respect. Dear Mr. Gunnar Habben, I thank you from the bottom of my heart, and my furry friend, who was back home three days later, also says THANK YOU! 🐾🌈

Due to a misdiagnosis of a false pregnancy in our dog, we were prescribed medication that resulted in the death of five puppies. Even though we called the vet two hours after the appointment and explained that it wasn't a false pregnancy because the first puppy had arrived, no further action was taken or any tests were performed. We are definitely looking for a new vet.
