Unfortunately, I cannot give this veterinary practice a positive review. After our cat was apparently hit by a car, we rushed him there immediately in an emergency. He was unresponsive and bleeding from the nose – the situation was extremely urgent. In the chaos, we had forgotten our wallet. Before any treatment was even considered, the first thing they demanded was payment – ​​with the clear statement that nothing would be done without payment. We found this completely inappropriate in such an emergency. Luckily, I was able to pay via instant bank transfer, so at least a brief, superficial examination was performed. However, they declined further diagnostic tests, such as X-rays, explaining that they saw no need for them. Instead, we were advised to go to another veterinarian the next day. In an acute emergency, we would have expected significantly more dedication, empathy, and medical care. This experience was very disappointing for us. We will not be returning to this practice and advise others against it as well. - We then went to an animal clinic; I'll upload an update here.
