Our Balu stopped breathing during the anesthesia, but the vet and all the staff cared for him for hours. He's doing great and is completely healthy again. Everyone there treats the animals with such love and care. Even afterward, you receive excellent support, and everything is explained very clearly. We and Balu say thank you.
