We've been coming here with our first dog, Stella, ever since we got her in 2018. Our second dog, Luzi, who is quite anxious, is also handled very well. Both vets are very patient, courteous, and friendly, even when things don't always go perfectly smoothly. We feel very well cared for and always enjoy coming here. Even in emergencies, we receive the fastest possible care. Unfortunately, we've had to use the emergency service several times, but we've always been very satisfied. If we call and no one answers, they always call back quickly, even if it's just for a consultation. We especially appreciate the separate waiting areas for cats and dogs. This saves everyone unnecessary stress. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary practice. Everyone is always friendly, and I know my animals are in the best hands. From simple health issues to end-of-life decisions, they are treated with love and dignity – something that is sometimes forgotten or overlooked in the stressful daily routine, but not here. Yesterday we took our two dogs to the Großefehn veterinary practice for the first time and we were thrilled. Dr. Hapig was so sensitive and incredibly empathetic. The entire team is very, very friendly. We felt completely at ease and in good hands, which was also reflected in our dogs' behavior. We will definitely be back.

Today was my first time there with my Doberman. Suspected pyometra! I was seen immediately. No waiting time, no appointment necessary. My dog ​​was allowed to come into the practice with me. I didn't have to wait in the car like at some other clinics! We received a super friendly, warm, and welcoming reception. Very competent and well cared for – 5 stars, simply top-notch! We've been going to this practice for many years and have absolutely no complaints. We've used the emergency service several times, even at 1 a.m., and they called us back within 10 minutes. One of the vets was at our house in no time. Our dogs have always been examined thoroughly and with great care. We've had to have four of our dogs euthanized, and even that was handled with great sensitivity. We can't thank you enough for the kind and courteous treatment our dogs and we have always received.
