Reviews
We always feel very well cared for here. The team approaches animal problems with great compassion and expertise. They also listen attentively to the owners' concerns and provide empathetic and sincere support. You always feel in good hands here. Thank you!
Today, when I called the emergency vet, I received very competent information and thorough advice over the phone. They could have easily scheduled us for an in-person appointment and charged us a lot of money for a treatment our dog didn't actually need. You rarely experience such excellent service. Highly recommended. Thank you so much!
We took our cat to the two veterinarians today as an emergency due to a severe eye infection. A huge thank you to Ms. Lundt-Prange, who lovingly cared for our cat, performed all the necessary examinations, and patiently showed us, along with her husband, how to administer the eye drops. We are seriously considering going there exclusively from now on.
The dog was probably just too fat; they should feed it cucumber. It was a carcinoma.
Due to acute ear problems, I took our dog to the emergency vet clinic today. From the very beginning, we were treated with incredible kindness, calm, and expertise. Thanks to the careful and thorough examination, the cause was finally found: a foxtail awn deep in the ear – something that could easily have been missed without a precise diagnosis. I am incredibly grateful for the calm manner, the patience, and the professionalism with which our dog was treated. It was immediately clear that the staff here not only provide medical care but also genuine compassion! Many, many thanks for this wonderful emergency care – it's truly exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic, and if I could, I would give it 10 stars.
