We went to the emergency vet last weekend because our cat had several bite wounds and couldn't put weight on his right paw. The vet, whose name I don't know, only gave our cat a cursory examination. We were given painkillers and antibiotics. A few days later, however, we noticed that the cat still wasn't putting weight on his paw and went to our regular vet. She immediately diagnosed a dislocated elbow. Unfortunately, it was too late; we took the cat to the animal hospital in Bramsche today. Thanks to the inadequate examination, our cat now faces the choice between repositioning the dislocated elbow or amputation.

The emergency staff were very friendly, extremely dedicated, and, most importantly, they also offered natural remedies. We felt well looked after.

The dog was probably just too fat; they should feed it cucumber. It was a carcinoma.

Due to acute ear problems, I took our dog to the emergency vet clinic today. From the very beginning, we were treated with incredible kindness, calm, and expertise. Thanks to the careful and thorough examination, the cause was finally found: a foxtail awn deep in the ear – something that could easily have been missed without a precise diagnosis. I am incredibly grateful for the calm manner, the patience, and the professionalism with which our dog was treated. It was immediately clear that the staff here not only provide medical care but also genuine compassion! Many, many thanks for this wonderful emergency care – it's truly exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic, and if I could, I would give it 10 stars.
