After trying out a few other vets, we're all—and I include our dog in that—very happy to have found this one. After several visits, we feel we're receiving excellent care. Dr. Queck takes the time to explain things and answer questions. She discusses the treatment and everything related to it in a calm, professional, and empathetic manner. Appointments can be booked at short notice via the petsXL app, which also serves as a kind of diary for all treatments and medications. Very practical! We spontaneously visited the veterinary practice today, despite it being a public holiday. Our dog had severe diarrhea, and we were very worried. We were visiting Aurich and are originally from Hamburg. After a short and very pleasant phone call, we were able to come straight into the practice. The vet was very kind and helpful. We felt very well cared for. Thank you so much for the competent and thorough consultation.

I just called the vet; she's on call this weekend. My cat, about five years old, is lying motionless on the floor, weak, barely eating, and not moving. The vet referred me to another practice that's closed until Monday. I called several times, but she didn't answer. I'm disappointed and hope my cat will make it until Monday.
