We spontaneously visited the veterinary practice today, despite it being a public holiday. Our dog had severe diarrhea, and we were very worried. We were visiting Aurich and are originally from Hamburg. After a short and very pleasant phone call, we were able to come straight into the practice. The vet was very kind and helpful. We felt very well cared for. Thank you so much for the competent and thorough consultation.

A very nice and competent veterinarian took a lot of time for my dog, Paulina, and answered all my questions; she even willingly goes to Dr. Queck's practice.
