A great practice, bright, everyone very friendly – my Amy had a small but unfortunately malignant tumor on her cyst, which was removed on December 10th, 2025! Everyone was very kind, including to me, as I was very upset and anxious – thank God everything went well and I was able to hold my sweet girl in my arms again at noon. She also had eight teeth extracted and came through it all perfectly! Now she's being spayed on May 6th, and then my Luna will have hers done too – it will cost me a lot of money and nerves – tears, but I hope that everything goes well there too!
Unfortunately, the veterinary practice was disappointing. Our cat had been struggling with bladder infections for three whole months. We were told antibiotics, painkillers, and CBD oil would help. When he then developed urinary retention, we were sent home with him and told to wait. The next morning, he finally had emergency surgery. As agreed, I tried calling when I could call. Unfortunately, they only answered after several long attempts. They told him to stay overnight and that they would call the next afternoon... well, they never did. I tried several times and finally got through to the practice late. By then, they said he was perfectly fine and I could have picked him up long ago. When I picked him up, they told me he was completely recovered and that I didn't need to do anything special, except that he needed special food. Even days later, the cat was still incontinent and unsteady on his feet. We will definitely be changing vets.
A fantastic practice. We are very satisfied. The practice is bright and welcoming, and clean. The doctors and their staff are always kind and helpful. Our cats are in good hands here; we know they are well cared for. The waiting rooms for dogs and cats are separate.
Unfortunately, I couldn't bring the dog whose paw was run over (it was bleeding profusely) because you were just about to close for lunch and told me you wouldn't be open again until later. I quickly went to another vet so the dog could at least get pain medication as soon as possible.
