We went there for the first time because of our move, and we needed to get there very quickly; our dog was sick. I called, and an hour later we were able to come in. The vet was great. Our dog, of course, doesn't like going to the vet... but the vet handled it well. Very calm and empathetic, she examined her, gave her an injection, and prescribed tablets. Abby was feeling better again by evening. Thank you so much! We'll come back again if we need to. So today it was time again... vaccinations... The vet and staff were as nice as ever. Some time later, my Abby wasn't feeling very well—she was in pain and trembling violently. I called, and about two hours later, I was able to come in. She was examined, and it seems to have been a reaction to the vaccination. She received medication, and it looks like she's getting better. Thanks to the quick response, everything is fine. We'll be back!

I can wholeheartedly recommend the Janssen veterinary practice. The veterinarians are very competent and friendly, appointments are easy to schedule, prices are reasonable, and even our cat, who is quite shy, regularly remains relaxed during treatment. All treatments have been very successful so far. Thank you for the great support and help!

I brought my dog ​​Marley to the practice because he was really, really ill. He could barely walk, and his condition worried me a lot. The entire team cared for him with incredible love, calmness, and expertise. It was immediately clear that they work with heart, patience, and extensive knowledge. I would especially like to commend veterinarian Lena Dichtel, who took her time and treated my dog ​​with such sensitivity. Even after we left the practice, a significant improvement was visible and noticeable. And just two days later, my dog ​​was walking perfectly again; he's much more lively and back to his old self. For this, I would like to sincerely thank the entire team and especially Dr. Dichtel. We felt very well cared for. A definite recommendation! 🐶❤️

I called this afternoon and was able to come in later with my dog. My dog ​​was treated with great care and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Even though it was busy, everyone was very friendly. Everything went perfectly, thank you to the practice team and the lovely doctor! 👍
