We had an emergency, and even though he wasn't open, he took care of our problem, treated our dog, and didn't even want any money. Veterinarians in Germany could learn a thing or two from him. It was very reassuring for us, and thanks to his help, our dog is doing well again. We'd gladly use his services again if needed.
