We were staying in Tirol for our annual holiday when one of our dogs got very sick. We went found this veterinary practice online and decided to take her there. Even though the vets had a very busy day, they took the time to thoroughly examine our dog. We were very grateful for their goodwill and professionalism. We felt we were in qualified and responsible hands. Melanie and Sandra's patients are very lucky to have them.
During our vacation in June 2025, our dog unfortunately injured her claw. Luckily, we found this veterinary practice. We called and were able to come in immediately. From the very first moment, we, and especially our dog, were treated with great empathy, calm, and sensitivity. It was immediately clear that the staff here work with a lot of heart and expertise. The injured claw ultimately had to be removed under general anesthesia – even during this procedure, we felt well-informed and safe at all times. Two days later, we returned for a check-up and to have the bandage removed. Everything has healed beautifully, and we are very grateful that everything went so smoothly. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you again most sincerely – for the loving care, the prompt assistance, and the thoughtful way you supported us during this time.
We were passing through on our way back to Germany from Italy. Unfortunately, our 10-month-old corgi wasn't feeling well, so we called the vet on the recommendation of our hotel. We got an appointment just two hours later. The team was incredibly kind! The vet was friendly and explained everything very thoroughly. My favorite part was that she called the next day after the treatment to ask how our little guy was doing! We also received the special diet instructions right away. If we ever have another emergency, we'll definitely call them again immediately! Highly recommended! A huge thank you to the team and especially the vet! :)
We stumbled upon this practice during an emergency while on vacation and were immediately able to bring our dog, Tango, in. He needed surgery after a playful accident and had stitches. Dr. Sophia Schnabel and her wonderful team made us and our timid dog feel very comfortable and were incredibly empathetic. Even the follow-up care was organized by phone and WhatsApp – something we'd never experienced before. Thank you so much!! Our Tango was able to enjoy the rest of his vacation with a relaxing walk the very next day.
Our dog injured a claw while crossing the Alps, and we spontaneously stopped by the vet's office while passing through on the train. Everyone was super friendly, and we were seen right away. Everything was explained to us perfectly and we received exemplary care!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Update from the next day. She's running around again as if nothing had happened. Everything looks fine and she's healing. The hike was canceled, but health comes first. Thank you so much!
