Top-notch care for my cat – quick appointments, excellent advice, and fair prices! ⸻ As a new cat owner who adopted a pet for the first time at my children's request, I am absolutely delighted with Dr. Messner in Schwaz. Even though different veterinarians are always responsible for the examinations, the entire team is just as competent and friendly as Dr. Messner himself. I always get an appointment quickly when I need one. I especially appreciate how much time each veterinarian takes for the examinations and consultations. You always feel well cared for, and the advice is always very comprehensive and easy to understand. The pricing is also fair and transparent. I can highly recommend Dr. Messner and his team to anyone who has a pet!
A man with a heart for animals! It was the middle of the night, and not a single doctor's office in Innsbruck, let alone Tyrol, was reachable by phone. The few that were available fobbed us off. Our cat was in severe pain, and the kind doctor immediately took care of him and provided our cat with comprehensive care. Thank you so much!
We (unfortunately) had to take our dog to the vet as an emergency during our vacation, and we couldn't have imagined a nicer place. We were able to come in immediately, and they took such kind and caring care of us. A truly wonderful team at the practice! Thank you again for the quick and uncomplicated help.
I would give zero stars if I could! Luckily, we took our beloved pet to a different vet today because he's in critical condition! I will never set foot in that practice again!!! Just don't go there! Unless you don't want your pet anymore.
