Unfriendly, condescending woman on the phone! Prices are far too high. I will definitely not be a customer here!!! I can't comment on the veterinary work itself, as the unfriendly woman on the phone prevented me from scheduling an appointment. It's sad that some people think they can get away with anything.

I was there in November for a very sad reason. I had to have my beloved dog put down. It was the only veterinary practice that was open almost as usual on Saturdays. Despite the circumstances, I felt very comfortable there. Empathetic, kind, dedicated, and excellent service! If I ever get another dog, this will be our first choice!

I was at this veterinary practice today, a Saturday afternoon. My dog ​​had eaten something poisonous. I was allowed to come in IMMEDIATELY. Both my dog ​​and I were treated very kindly and with understanding. Mind you, even though the practice wasn't officially on emergency duty, we were allowed to come in right away. And this wasn't the first time. We've been going to a different vet since then, but we'll now switch to the veterinary practice at Fuchsloch. Hopefully, we'll only need vaccination appointments from now on – the dog is doing great thanks to veterinarian Strauch.

Very nice staff and our cat was very well looked after.

I've known the practice, and Dr. Knodel too, for many years. I've always been very satisfied. Dr. Strauch also does a great job. I always feel my two sweethearts are in good hands. Thank you so much!
