Reviews
We highly recommend this practice. The reception, the medical assistant, and the vet were all incredibly friendly and empathetic towards our anxious and insecure dog. The treatment and the accompanying explanations regarding further care were also excellent!
I would not go anywhere else.
Our miniature poodle still had all four baby canines after seven months, plus two more in his upper jaw, even though his adult teeth were already fully in (you can see it in the picture below left). Things were getting a bit tight, but there was no sign of them falling out. After some excellent advice, we scheduled a surgery appointment. The surgery went smoothly, and afterward, we had a follow-up appointment where the x-rays were explained very clearly. Our little guy was feeling great again the next day. We are extremely happy and will be back for a dental check-up in six months. Many thanks for everything, and a special thank you to the friendly team there. Everything is just perfect, and it's worth every trip, no matter how long. Best regards from our miniature poodle, Matti
Dear practice team, dear Dr. Eickhoff, thank you so much for your excellent work. In my opinion, the surgical procedures performed on our two cats were absolutely remarkable. We were also impressed by your empathetic yet clear advice, both before and after the surgery. The two sibling cats had unusually severe jaw problems for their age of only 3.5 years. Both are now healthy and more lively than they have been in a long time. We are grateful for your sensitivity, your care, and of course, your expertise in all aspects of the procedures.
I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. After visiting several veterinarians and being repeatedly told that my cat's teeth weren't a major problem, I finally ended up here, and it was the best decision ever. My cat Otto is already 16 years old and also has a heart condition, which is why I was very afraid of anesthesia. Dr. Eickhoff nevertheless took the time to examine everything thoroughly, and only then did the true extent of the problem become apparent: severe dental disease with root remnants and painful changes that no one had previously detected. Despite the increased risk, the recommended dental surgery was planned and performed with great care. Everything was explained to me honestly, and at the same time, every effort was made to minimize the risk of anesthesia. This trust was invaluable in my situation. Looking back, I'm simply grateful that they looked so closely at the situation. Without this practice, my cat's pain would likely have gone undetected. Many thanks to the entire team for their competence, honesty and loving care of both animal and owner.
