Reviews
Absolutely wonderful practice! I have been so pleased with all the treatment my dog has received. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Always smiling. The vets are extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I am so happy I found this veterinary practice. They are happy to speak English as well.
Exceeded my expectations. I’m so appreciative of the care we received here. Even though I speak very little German, everyone in the office was so welcoming and patient with me. I came into the office last minute, while they were very busy, with a relatively vague description of my dog’s symptoms. “I feel like something is…off…” isn’t usually well received at a busy practice, but Dr. Stumpf and staff didn’t dismiss my concerns once. He received a very thorough nose to tail exam, extensive labs run in-house with results in 30 minutes, and a game plan going forward to find the root of the problem. He means more to me than anything, and I feel like he’s in good hands here.
I have been bringing my dogs to this vet since 2019 and I can’t recommend them enough! They saved my dogs life when she had xylitol poisoning from ingesting gum. We weren’t sure she would make it but because of them my girl is still here. I am forever grateful for all the amazing people here. They’re also accommodating with my reactive dog and have no problem with us staying outside with her and making sure we have a clear path to the room when they’re ready for her. I will never go to another vet!! They accept VAT and their English is perfect!
My 5 stars is for a select few, but these ladies made a world of difference in our lives. I’ve moved around with Kaiser for years and he’s seen numerous vets but Dr. Fekete is by far the BEST vet we’ve been to. She takes all our concerns very seriously and has been trying everything to help our Kaiser. He was diagnosed with Cushings disease and has some follow on skin conditions. I don’t want to see another vet and make it a point only to schedule her. She is kind, caring, honest and knowledgeable. In addition to her I want to praise Cristiana, Kerstin, and Vanessa who work the front office. They are always so friendly and so helpful with any and all questions that I have. We go to this clinic for this team and we recommend you do the same!
Prompt appointment and professional diagnosis. Veterinary assistants are friendly and caring in all ways possible. Always in our lives we must part from our beloved 4 legged friends and I must make an addition to this sad event in the case of my Labrador Benny. Never had I thought with their help this to be such a caring, but sad event with which they stood by our side to the candle burning at the reception for his passing.
