Well, it's okay – the receptionist is very rude. When your pet needs an examination, you're asked to wait in the waiting room. The vet's competence and experience left much to be desired. We were told they would call us the next day with the results. Unfortunately, that didn't happen, and we had to chase them up. It's clear that every animal, including its owner, is just a number, and they process animals like they're on an assembly line. Animal welfare isn't a priority here, and the atmosphere is clearly focused on maximizing profit. If possible, I would recommend finding a different vet in the area and avoiding this practice.

I needed the vet on a Sunday for a foal birth, and when I received the bill the very next day, I was shocked. It was as high as what regular customers pay for a birth including five days of aftercare. When I asked why, I was told that if you always go to cheaper vets for vaccinations and so on, you shouldn't be surprised... after all, I hadn't been there in three and a half years. The bill for the following two days then included every possible charge, bringing the total almost as high as the first. So, as a non-active customer, you end up paying double and therefore won't become a regular customer again. Very disappointing.

I just popped in briefly to get a billing question answered. A super friendly welcome and a quick, satisfactory answer. So the reception and the ladies were great, and it's good to know I have you nearby and hopefully will never need you.
