I took my dog ​​there; she had a bloated stomach and wouldn't eat. Dr. Ramirez, after a visual examination (apparently she didn't need a stethoscope), determined it was likely gastritis, administered an enema, and gave me gastritis tablets. The next day, my dog ​​wasn't any better, so I went to the veterinary clinic in Tübingen. An X-ray, ultrasound, and auscultation revealed a heart condition: fluid in the abdominal cavity and pericardial sac. I'm only giving one star because negative stars aren't an option.

Ms. Ramirez x-rayed our cat and then referred us to a veterinary clinic. That was exactly the right thing to do, and they were able to help our cat there. We are very grateful to Ms. Ramirez for her assessment, and she didn't even charge us for the examination! From scheduling the appointment to the examination itself, and even the follow-up questions about our cat's condition, everything was perfect. Many thanks and highly recommended! ❤️

Ms. Ramirez is a really lovely woman. She successfully treated my cat a year ago and my tomcat two weeks ago. And to receive a follow-up message via WhatsApp a week later to check on my tomcat's well was incredibly kind.

We brought our dog to the clinic for the first time as an emergency and felt we were in excellent hands from the very beginning. Everything went smoothly on the phone – we were able to come straight to the clinic half an hour later. The veterinarian took plenty of time, explained everything to us, and made a very competent impression. Subsequent visits, such as the comprehensive blood test, were also handled professionally, and we received the results very quickly. We would particularly like to highlight the experience with the dental cleaning – our pet was in the best hands, and we always felt comfortable. We are very grateful for the prompt assistance and the compassionate care. Highly recommended!
