My partner found out this clinic randomly nearby our home , while our dog has long lasting diarrhea and we have searched for emergency help. We got quick appointment term right the next morning and I was astonished: - by amazing service related to high level professional examinations - by detailed issue explanation in English (I do not speak Deutsch) - by full set of medicaments with hand-written detailed instruction (what is it for, when to take it, with/without food etc) - by additional useful recommendations - and by very warm approach generally,making my dog calm and relaxed within whole visit there All was 5 stars service, for reasonable price and definitely it is the place I trust come back again if needed. Very friendly and helpful with all of my questions. They take great care of my cat and are incredibly sweet. Check ups and immunization appointments are less than 30 minutes with an appointment. Cash only for payment. All employees are able to speak English as well, which is a huge help for myself.
The staff here are all amazing. They speak great English for those of us who need it, and they are always thorough. Prices are appropriate and they remember us between appointments. I would recommend them to anybody.
Horrible receptionist. I'm new to the city and it's near my house so i called for appointment. This is what I get as an answer: "We are fully booked today and tomorrow. Maybe something possible on Thursday or Friday or next week." Then I said then give me an appointment for any of the dates. Then she's like you need to call again and check on that day. That means she's will again say the same thing. We're fully booked. I don't know the reason for rejection.
We take both our dogs to see Dr Schott...they have been so wonderful helping with many different issues including a torn cruciate ligament in Cleo's knee. Their English is fantastic and they are affordable as well as compassionate....I recommend them to all my American friends with furry children here in Germany!
