Reviews
Pleased with the friendless of the staff. However, severely overcharged. Kept being told to make appointments to come back in 2 days only to have a bandage changed and an antibiotic given, and charged over €50 each time. I can change a bandage and give antibiotics to my own dog for much cheaper. I understand the cost for an initial visit but thereafter it just felt like I was being taken advantage of and they just wanted the money. They also shaved off a lot of fur when I feel they could have communicated their plan to do so and given an alternative like wearing a cone.
No matter the size of the pet, each of them is treated gently with patience and kindness. I love the way that both vets give reassuring kind words to the animals to help them feel at ease. Highly recommended.
Just facts: the blood of my cat was taken while the dog was walking around in the room. After getting analysis I’ve found 5 mistakes in cat’s name in a document. Instead of giving me information about results of analysis, about the cat’s condition and plans of healing, some person that didn’t even see the cat tried to get 116€ for a medicament without any recommendations. Just “it’s for your cat. Pay 116€ and that’s it”. Opposite of what I was expecting for. Looks like it’s a place where money are earned, not animals are loved.
They take a great care of my aging cat, full trust
Dr. Schubert is great! We were previously seeing a different veternarian but are much happier now with Dr. Schubert. The location is easy to get to via the U-Bahn and he and the rest of his staff are very good with the animals. My dog usually tries to hide at the vet, but with Dr. Schubert he hops right up on the table with no trouble. Excellent care and very happy with the service. Appointments are reasonable to get and the walk in hours on Saturday help a lot too.
