Very easy to use the app to book an appointment, can get an appointment at short notice. Everyone I've met there has been lovely and they take very good care of my cat. Highly recommend!

We had to come in with our French Bulldog Gloria as an emergency because she suddenly developed severe swelling around her eye, skin redness, itching, and vomiting. We were able to get an appointment the same day, which was a huge relief. Dr. Ksenia Zamora was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She explained everything clearly, including the costs, before starting any tests, which I really appreciated. Gloria received treatment immediately, we have a follow-up appointment already scheduled, and I was given clear instructions and access to all documents through the Rex app. The visit wasn’t inexpensive, but I felt everything was transparent and thorough. Most importantly, Gloria was treated with kindness and compassion. Thank you, Dr. Ksenia and the entire Rex team!

It was very easy to book the appointment online, the available time slot was right away in the morning (I booked a day before in the evening). No waiting times, a separated waiting room for cats, super friendly and very helpful staff. I was thoroughly informed about all the next steps, pricing, medication. Also there's a big parking garage right next to the clinic, we didn't have any problems to park the car. The bill is very conveniently sent to the email address, you don't need to additionally scan it in order to present it to the insurance company. I'm really grateful for all your help today!!

The two stars go to the Efficiency of the apps, where we can just book easily and all documentation (report and bills) directly accessible via Apps. However Technology needs to meet professional service. This doesn’t match to this praxis. I was with my two dogs who have ear infection. The total cost are 380 euro for both. First dog cost 240, the vet said, they need to take the example of bacteria and sent to the laboratory which btw took one week. After 4 days they called me in the morning asking how the dogs are doing, and said need to wait for laboratory. And on same day in afternoon, another person called again and asking the same question. Few days later I got the result from laboratory which has 4 pages, and I tried multiple times to call them but no answers. They called me back, and asking why did I call? And I told them, I want to discuss about the results - it happened two times, that they hold me in the phone line and then disconnected. Finally I sent an email saying, that they need to call me to explain about the results, only the reception employee called, since the Vet is busy and instead of explaining the 4 pages results of laboratory (which cost 70 extra btw), they told me to make appointment to check the ears again which will be cost another 120 euro for two dogs because they need to look at the microscope. I mean, if the Vet doesn’t even bother to explain the laboratory result, and seems the whole team is confused about how the follow up works. It is indeed a posh and technology advanced booking application for a vet clinic, stars to the developers who created the apps. Plus they even wrote a wrong name in the bill of my dogs, I understand people does copy paste from previous one. But for the cost of money, at least to write the correct name of the dog, should be not very difficult. Better to go to the not very advanced technology vet clinic but the vet really cares about your pets. Just reference of wrong naming in the bill. Very disappointed.

Amazing vet Pauline, super enthusiastic, so knowledgeable, caring and helpful! This applies to all the stuff as well. The place itself is very modern and pretty, and everything can be easily managed through the app, what is very convenient. As a non-german speaker, I had no issues at all. Highly recommended 🫶🏻🤍
