Really great experience. The vet was patient and took her time to explain things to me even when I didn’t know what they were in German she spoke English to me. I loved that at the end of the appointment they gave me a print out list with the key points discussed. This is true service and goes the extra mile as so many times you forget the points that were discussed

The ladies (doctors, support, reception) at this clinic are wonderful! They are kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. They have made us feel well looked after every visit and we trust that our old cat is in good hands under their care. Thank you, Filu team!

We had a very positive experience, they were super nice, the clinic looks amazing and even the Wall of the champions 🥹❤️ my dog is on the wall as well ❤️ not sure about the pricing,but overall very good experience

I brought my dog because of a bad intestinal infection. The staff was friendly and the doctors too, I just don’t think it’s fair to charge 240€ for a normal visit (60€ extra just because it was Saturday) without any deeper exam. That much money for so little is a bit of a joke. I will probably not go again unless it’s for an emergency and I have no other choice
