Update 2025 - after losing our two young cats to diseases and failing to communicate with the receptionist we decided to go to another vet. We had 2 cats (4 and 6 years old) who both passed away in November 2025 to diseases. One had an aggressive cancer, that couldn’t have been diagnosed by the vet. But our youngest cat had large kidneys and we took her twice to the vet to check them and the vet said these were just her kidneys and nothing was wrong. It turns out they were disproportionate for her size (like tennis balls) and she had a chronic kidney disease. When we found out it was too late to try anything and she passed away 3 weeks later. Losing both our babies during the same month has been the most traumatic experience for us, and health is the most important pilar of ours and the lives of our loved ones. On top of these failed diagnosis, I still tried to call our vet multiple times for palliative care for our youngest cat (before she passed away) and despite trying to call and get an appointment for multiple days, literally no one picked up the phone. The lack of care and attention made us decide to go to another vet. I really liked going there and the vet was nice, so it is a shame that it happened like that.
I had such a life changing experience in this clinic when my fish Michael Jackson Jr. drowned. There was a cute girl who’s name I forgot who gave the fish a lot of medicine and a life saving surgery and brought it back to life! Additionally, while I was waiting for the procedure to finish, super stressed they gave me a banana with hummus and chicken nuggets! I cant thank the wonderful vets here enough, thanks to them me and my fish are living our dream life in a pineapple under the sea. 😺😺
My budgies were seen to very quickly. I couldn't be with them during the check up due to Covid, so I was worried they would be stressed, but they came out very relaxed. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
The clinic is clean. The staff is friendly. We came for a vaccination of our dog. The price is normal. They ask important questions just not for what vaccination we came. And didn't mentioned the next time we have to refresh it. But I know where to find in the passport. The woman at the desk wasn't quiet communicative but friendly.
Patient, responsive and excellent care. We had our dogs blood samples and official rabies titer test certificates from here and both the veterinarians and staff were friendly and attentive.
