Super
Here you'll find everything you'd expect from a good veterinarian: friendliness, knowledge, and care. We took our "guest dog" to her after the first vet wanted to operate immediately for €1,300, but Dr. Tillner only needed an ointment to start with. The world is a bad place.
We wanted to have our cat's fur shaved because it was badly matted. 1. On the phone, the staff couldn't even give me a rough estimate of the cost. 2. On site, the veterinarian looked at our cat for about a minute and briefly touched him to assess the work involved – we were charged €25 for this. 3. After some discussion, it was agreed that the cat's body would be shaved COMPLETELY – only his head and legs would be left untouched. The estimated cost was around €100–110. However, when we picked up our cat after the procedure, he was only HALF shaved – unevenly and sloppily. He also had an INJURED SPOT, even though he was under anesthesia. We weren't given any explanation of how this injury occurred. It seems like they barely spent any time with him. In the end, we still paid €107 – the agreed price, but unfortunately not for the agreed service! The work was only half-done and sloppy! CONCLUSION: NEVER AGAIN!
A competent and incredibly friendly practice team. My dog and I felt very well cared for. I absolutely cannot understand some of the negative reviews.
