My dog Arria visits regularly with Dr. Höch. The Veterinarians and staff are phenomenal and super friendly! They are so understanding and helpful, especially since I don’t speak German. They go out of their way to translate everything to me in English. The practice is very professional and will help you and your pet with all your needs.

We took our dog to the clinic for an ultrasound. Everyone was very professional and empathetic. They also helped us get an earlier appointment due to urgency required which was fantastic. Consultation, diagnosis and treatment were provided in a very clear and consistent manner. Highly recommend the clinic.
I come with cat’s tooth problem. I said “it’s a problem with TOOTH”. The doctor checked teeth and said “teeth of your cat are very good!” Then I showed the red gum area, and doctor said “oh, yes! It was HARD TO FIND”. 🤯😤😡 Then she rechecked and other doctor came just in time of checking “is it painful to touch red area”, and they started conflict just in front of me, just in the most painful moment for my cat. Doctor said “don’t you see I have a customer?!”, but second doctor didn’t care. So first doctor asked her to go away, then started to explain to me the situation. Without any decision, just “there could be different reasons unfortunately“. That was absolutely senseless as I felt. I disagreed to continue getting service. And in the end they wanted me to pay 62 euros for almost FATAL mistake!! Is it possible to not to find inflammation when you say “it is near the tooth”?? I recommend to go to another animal doctor for not to get service from TOO BUSY doctor, having solving conflicts just DURING the examination.
