Dr. med. vet. Otto Doermer

Bad experience treating our dog. No interest to deal with long term sickness, allergies and often ear infections. Barely checks the dog but charges all kind of different services to the invoice.

It was very bad and unbelievable experience. We just had our first baby cat, for the first time nail cutting, we extremely took care that we did not do ourselves but went to a Dr. Even with appointment, we waited long, cause he thought it would be very quick or he wants to make it quick. They almost forgot to check the weight of the cat and he was very impatient and complained that the cat did not want. He did it quickly and I figured it out that 1 finger of the cat was bleeding. I asked him that he pretended he did not see. Then he said, oh the cat is not complaining. Unbelievable! He still charged fee. After 2 weeks, my cat nail nerve is still not recovered and I will never go there any more and definitely NOT recommend!!

My cats are 11 and 13 years old, rescued strays from Dubai. They're temperamental and sometimes difficult to deal with, but Dr. Doermer is the animal whisperer! My cats love him and his team everytime we visit. He is a wonderful doctor with the best patience and care ❤️ I've had multiple vets over the last decade for my für babies and Dr. Doermer is the best I've ever encountered! Dr Otto did a great job with blood work and teeth cleaning for an 8 year old Dachshund. Professional, English speaking staff; everything went like clockwork.

Very reliable, competent, passionate and considerate veterinarian. Together with his assistant, he's been helping a lot with my cat Otis (unfortunately his primary patient, needed a lot of care in the latest months) and my other cat Etta. Warmly recommended!
