Great! Ms. Held is always very friendly and can help in any situation. The medical services, in particular, are extremely affordable.

I've been taking my animals to Ms. Held for many years and have always been very satisfied. She takes her time with the examination and calmly explains which treatments are possible and which she considers appropriate. I always feel well-advised and that my animals are in good hands. It's particularly worth mentioning that Ms. Held doesn't try to push any unnecessary (but profitable) treatments on me. I highly recommend her.

I wanted to get our cat neutered. The incompetence was blatant. The woman wanted to see the cat ten times before anything would happen. This isn't a petting zoo! Definitely not recommended!!

We drove from Lübeck to Grevesmühlen with our dachshund for microchipping and vaccinations. Ms. Held's rates are very fair, and her explanations of the treatment were excellent and demonstrated her expertise. We've found a veterinarian we're happy to make the slightly longer trip to see. Thank you!
