Ms. Heller is incredibly empathetic, and she effortlessly manages to get our sometimes rather stubborn cat to cooperate. Mausepeter loves her! Thanks to her help, he copes very well with his congenital disability, has no muscle tension (despite the postural problems caused by the disability), and doesn't need any pain medication. You could almost think Ms. Heller has magic hands.

Highly recommended! Modern practice and they take plenty of time for each patient. Our dog had a partially torn cruciate ligament, couldn't walk anymore, and according to the vets, surgery was the only option. Luckily, we tried canine physiotherapy, and Ms. Heller managed to get our Lilly walking without any problems again. She's been going in regularly ever since. Thank you!

Since our old physiotherapist retired, we were looking for someone new. We were welcomed very warmly and are very satisfied. Janina took her time with our dogs, and after some initial skepticism, since it was a new therapist, they felt comfortable and accepted. We can highly recommend her.
