I've rarely experienced anything as wonderful as this! Even though it was my first day of vacation, I was able to come back for an alternative (my dog ​​didn't tolerate the allergy medication). They were incredibly friendly and helpful, not at all stressed! Everything was explained to me again in detail, and they even gave me information on other options if I needed a different solution (while she was on vacation). I went to see Ms. Karin Schuhmann with my cat, Rose. It was an emergency; Rose was hissing and could no longer stand on her right hindquarters. We were allowed in immediately. I only knew Ms. Schuhmann from what my mother had told us about her through the animal welfare office. Ms. Schuhmann greeted us both. Scaredy Rose pressed herself down on the examination table. Ms. Schuhmann examined Rose; fortunately, she showed no signs of an accident or struggle. She suspected arthritis, mind you, since the elderly lady, Rose, is also 13 years old. We were given medication and were both glad that nothing more had to happen. Ms. Schuhmann is a very pleasant person. Rose was treated professionally. We will both come back. Rosi and Jochen Schütz.
