We have two male cats and a female dog, and we feel very well cared for and advised by Ms. Stätzler. The practice team is very friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied.

A friendly and empathetic veterinarian who takes her time and treats the animals with great calm and obvious love for them. The staff are also very nice and attentive. So far, we've mainly gone there for routine checkups and have always been very satisfied.

For over 20 years, I've been a patient of Dr. Mayer's veterinarian for my rabbits. I recently wanted to take my rabbit to a new vet because of stomach/intestinal problems. Over the phone, I overheard them saying they had the wrong address on the phone and, because my old address was apparently closer, they wanted to send me to Aschaffenburg. Absolutely outrageous! Unfortunately, I now have to find a new vet. It's a real shame, but given their behavior, it's probably for the best.

When I got my pet out of the car, people inside were talking about me in a derogatory way, which I naturally overheard through the slightly open window. I had been there for decades before and am now very happy elsewhere.
