Prices are sky high! Although the staff and vet were very nice, we paid for a simple health check, and worming treatment for our 2 dogs over €200!!!! This is just for us to go back to the UK! I’m still shocked l! We travel a lot with our dogs and we’ve been to countless vet practices all over Europe but never in my life have seen prices like this for a simple travel health check and 2 worming tablets!!!
A fantastic, helpful, and always friendly practice team. They always take their time and explain everything clearly. My little dog had to have surgery last year, an emergency, which was of course carried out as quickly as possible, and thankfully everything went well 🍀 Thank you so much for everything and the patient, super-fast care 😊 We always feel very comfortable with you 🐈🐈⬛🐕🥰
We, or rather our furry friends, are always well cared for and in good hands there. It's easy to get through on the phone, and if everyone is busy, you can leave a message on the answering machine and they'll call you back promptly. Of course, we're always happy when we don't need a vet, but if we do, we're happy to go there.
I took my three cats to the vet and I'm very satisfied. The vet takes her time, explains everything clearly, and you can immediately tell she's highly competent and experienced. She handled my cats calmly, lovingly, and very professionally – even with three very different personalities. The entire team is also exceptionally friendly and helpful. I felt very well cared for there and can absolutely recommend the practice. Thank you so much for the wonderful care!
Our guinea pig Elvis suddenly became lethargic and stopped eating. At the Wertheim veterinary clinic, he received loving and expert care. Ms. Nancy von Donop literally saved his life with a dental operation. Today he's back to being our happy little ray of sunshine. ☀️ A huge thank you to the entire team: such empathy, patience, and kindness are rare. We felt completely at ease and are incredibly grateful for this wonderful care. ❤️
