Ms. Lautenschläger was on call today, and we felt very well cared for with our puppy. We received a very friendly welcome, and she took plenty of time with us. It was clear that her sole concern was the animal's well-being. We would definitely recommend this practice.

Today, due to several health issues, I had our 19 ½-year-old cat, Paula, put to sleep by Ms. Lautenschläger. Although I knew it was the right decision for Paula, it's never easy and is fraught with doubt. Therefore, I want to sincerely thank Ms. Lautenschläger for making it such a peaceful and dignified farewell and a truly gentle transition for our cat. I couldn't have imagined a more beautiful atmosphere for this farewell. After a sedative injection, I was able to hold Paula in my arms for quite some time in the conservatory by candlelight, and after the second injection, her little heart stopped beating after just a few seconds, without a hint of stress, struggle, or discomfort. She simply passed away effortlessly in a peaceful environment. The grief and tears of saying goodbye have given way to the certainty and joy that she is now at peace. And to the loving memories of the time we spent with our cat, we now have the beautiful memory of a loving farewell! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Ina!

We felt very well cared for with our emergency patient. The animal received highly professional and loving care! Due to the urgency and the need for further treatment, we were quickly and correctly referred to the appropriate specialist.

For years, this practice was the first place my parents' cat went. My mother always found all the staff to be courteous and polite. The treatments for our cat were always excellent.

A very good veterinarian. She takes her time to thoroughly examine the animals, and the receptionist was also very friendly. Even though she isn't my dog's regular vet, we were very pleasantly surprised when we went to her once because my dog's vet wasn't available.
