I called this evening, Sunday, because our Franzi was constipated, and as it turned out, this wonderful vet came out on Sunday evening even though she was closed. A truly wonderful vet, very friendly and kind. Thank you so much for coming out on this Sunday; that was incredibly kind. Absolutely recommendable! ♡
As others have already mentioned, one star is too much. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE! Don't go to this person; she's not a veterinarian, it's a disgrace. I have no idea where she got her doctorate, but if you care about your animals, then report this person.
Unfortunately, I had to rely on the emergency vet and had no other choice. My cat, who was barely able to breathe, was given a solution orally. Minutes later, he died. There was no empathy whatsoever.
An absolutely disappointing experience at the emergency vet clinic. We brought our rabbit in because he was vomiting and clearly very ill. To our dismay, our pet wasn't examined at all, in our opinion. Instead of an examination or further diagnostics, we were simply given a fiber powder and instructed to administer it every two hours. Shortly afterward, our beloved rabbit passed away. Besides the painful loss of our pet, we were particularly shocked by the lack of empathy and the way our criticism was handled. Instead of showing understanding, we were essentially told to report them to the veterinary association. We found this reaction disrespectful and completely inappropriate. We were charged around 60 euros for the powder. For an emergency service where, in our view, our pet wasn't even examined, we consider this unjustified. We feel our emergency wasn't taken seriously and, based on our experience, cannot recommend this practice.
It's a shame you can't give a zero-star rating, because even one star is too much. Friends chose this veterinary practice to get their dog help as quickly as possible so it wouldn't suffer any longer. Around 1 p.m., the dog was given what was supposed to be an injection to euthanize it, but the dog was still alive this evening. Instead of being euthanized, the dog was put under general anesthesia. Please do not choose this woman as your vet. She is already known to other, much more experienced practices in the area, as several "patients" have had serious problems with her. A complaint has been filed.
