We would have kept it immediately, but unfortunately, the next day the chick died anyway. Great team

I've been here with my animals since 2006. I have budgies, guinea pigs, and hamsters, including dwarf hamsters. I can only attest to the excellent care provided by this practice and its staff, especially Ms. Jainzt. What this wonderful team accomplishes is, for me, first-class! Your help and support is tremendous! Today I had to say goodbye to one of my animal companions. Thank you to Dr. Helmes, but also to Dr. Schütterle and Schütterle! You are all the best!

Practice with heart ❤️ Despite the busyness, I was able to bring in an injured pigeon at short notice – free of charge. A small donation was left, of course. Thank you for your generosity!

I highly recommend this practice! I was able to stop by at short notice despite a full schedule. The practice was busy, but everyone was always friendly, helpful, and competent. Everything is well-organized, and I didn't have to wait long. Thank you for the competent help; my chickens are doing much better.

Shocked after an initially good impression! We were treating our outdoor cat Pablo at the practice until 2024 to have all the recommended vaccinations administered. When we visited another vet today (after moving) for a timely booster vaccination, it unfortunately became apparent that the Helmes/Schütterle practice had forgotten to vaccinate against feline leukemia in 2024. The practice confirmed this after a phone call. Feline leukemia (FeLV infection) is one of the "most common causes of death in cats" and is "incurable." (Source: "Ready for the World," Boehringer Ingelheim). We had, of course, handed over the carefully kept vaccination record to reception, where the necessary leukemia vaccination was recorded. As cat parents, Pablo and we relied on the veterinarians' medical expertise.
