Zero stars. I wasn't taken seriously and had a long wait. My dog had something embedded in his arm that had become embedded in his skin. I called on the spur of the moment and asked if they had time; "Yes, but expect a wait." After an hour's wait, they said "another 10 minutes." Suddenly it was an emergency, and those 10 minutes turned into another hour. After waiting two hours, my dog wasn't even properly examined or treated for two minutes. A bump had formed, and the vet couldn't feel anything about this thing that had embedded itself in the skin?! Of course not, since it was swollen and covered in pus or something. Anyway, I was then charged €30 for this two-minute "treatment" and a two-hour wait, for a "general examination," even though she only felt the area for one second and didn't check anything else on my dog. She couldn't be bothered, didn't take me seriously, and just wanted to go home. A terrible vet. If you can't manage to organize yourself time-wise, you should simply say so and not leave people sitting there for hours. There's nothing about them that anyone could like.

Very satisfied! Friendly welcome and accurate billing. In my opinion, the vet and assistants are wonderful, with a compassion for animals and an understanding of people and their questions. They also provided good information with competent advice and tips! 5-year-old female dog from an animal shelter;)

The team and Dr. Höver are very kind and competent. Since my dog had been struggling with shortness of breath and a rapid heartbeat since the weekend, we went to the first available appointment on Monday. A colleague at the practice, whom we had seen before, listened to my dog's heart and took his temperature. She gave me painkillers and something for his cardiovascular system, without knowing the exact cause. My dog's condition didn't improve; in fact, he was having increasing difficulty breathing. We didn't feel we were being taken seriously and canceled the follow-up appointment we were given a few days later. Finally, we made an appointment at another veterinary practice, where everything necessary was examined immediately—much more thoroughly than the aforementioned colleague of Dr. Höver's had done. The vet then referred us directly to a hospital, as my dog was having extreme difficulty breathing, and diagnosed him with stage 4 (acute) heart failure. My dog is staying there overnight and is being provided with everything he needs. I was told that we couldn't have come a second too soon and that my dog urgently needs oxygen therapy and all necessary ultrasound examinations (which Dr. Höver's colleague had casually mentioned as something we COULD consider). I don't want to speak ill of the practice in general; as I said, everyone there is very friendly. However, I would have liked better advice, more expertise, and for me and, above all, my dog to be taken more seriously.

They're actually a nice team. But under no circumstances should you go to this vet if you want to have your dog x-rayed. The practice doesn't release the x-ray images.
