A top-notch vet, both professionally and personally. He was recommended to me because of his expertise in all Mediterranean diseases. And he certainly does. My dog, Max, comes to this practice without any anxiety or stress and is more than well looked after there! I'm happy to drive 45 minutes each way for that.

I took my runner duck to the vet late Saturday afternoon, as Mr. Funk had been recommended to me. I had been there over 10 years ago, and this was my first visit since then. I am incredibly grateful that he was able to help my duck, and I find his manner and expertise truly admirable. He doesn't beat around the bush or try to sell me unnecessary tests—just honest and direct. I would highly recommend his practice and am so glad to have such a good, avian veterinarian nearby. Thank you so much, Mr. Funk. You do a fantastic job, even outside of your regular opening hours.

Very straightforward and pragmatic. I was able to take a found, injured pigeon there immediately, and he treated it and kept it overnight.

On Saturday evening, Mr. Funk came to help us with an injured bird with a broken wing. He cared for it and handed it over to Ms. Engels. We are so grateful to both of them ❤️ And many greetings to the charming Jack!
