I'm absolutely amazed that veterinarians like this still exist. We felt so well cared for. Mr. Klotzbücher's calm and collected manner seems to have a soothing effect on both people and animals. He took his time and explained everything to us thoroughly. Our dog's treatment was excellent and successful. We now have a wonderful new veterinarian!
Very nice vet; he took his time to examine the cat. He asked detailed questions to get to the bottom of the problem. He didn't just prescribe antibiotics; he also considered the follow-up treatment for what has now become a chronic condition. I'll gladly come back.
The veterinarian at this emergency clinic acted in a way that deeply disturbed us. We consulted him because our cat was experiencing acute respiratory and cardiac problems, but his response was slow and inadequate. After a brief examination, he impassively stated that nothing could be done and suggested euthanasia as the only option. Only after our persistent insistence on trying treatment with medications such as cortisone did he reluctantly give us some. The following day, we visited our regular veterinarian. He was able to help our cat immediately, contradicting the emergency veterinarian's assessment. Therefore, we cannot recommend this emergency clinic. If you are looking for serious and dedicated care for your pet, you should avoid this clinic.
Incredibly kind and competent. Very happy with both my cat and my miniature schnauzer. They really listen to their needs here and don't immediately reach for the injections.
