Hello, I'm Jette, a German Shepherd. I have a bit of a problem with my back. My vertebrae are fusing together. This caused me pain, which is why I didn't want to move around much anymore. So I went to the vets at the farm. I have to say, separate waiting areas for dogs and cats – that's something! Then they gave me something so I wouldn't be aware of the treatment. I had to lie on my back, which I really don't like. Then they took blood, x-rays, and took great care of me. They discovered a tissue change in my spleen. So my loved ones made an appointment for me for surgery. Because this is nothing to mess around with. Then this past Tuesday, I had the surgery. The operation was at the clinic in Wittstock. I have to say, they have many locations. So I went straight there. It didn't take long, and I was operated on. I have to say, I never would have thought that a splint would be so annoying. But to all my fellow dog owners, I was feeling so much better the very next day that I could walk normally without getting upset. The vet also gives you great medication; you hardly notice anything. So I'm very happy with my surgery, the service, and the care that my loved ones received. I can therefore recommend the farm vets to anyone who wants good and caring treatment for their pet. The veterinarians at Hof, whether in Neuruppin or Wittstock, are very friendly and empathetic. The examinations of my dogs Monty and Leo were very gentle and competent.
