A definite recommendation! I called half of Hamburg trying to get a cardiologist appointment for my cat (waiting times were 4-8 weeks) and luckily, I got in very quickly here. The practice is clean and very organized, so we didn't have to wait unnecessarily. Ms. von Ruffer explained everything to us in detail and has a real knack for animals and their often overly anxious owners. The price is also reasonable.

Very helpful and friendly, my German isn't very good and the vet was very helpful and knew some English. I conducted most of the conversation in German but they helped me when needed. They were very professional and dealt with my dogs health concern quickly and in a very positive manner. My dog is very nervous in vetinary practices and they assured him and dealt with his angst well. I highly recommend this practice.

I was there with my daughter, who breeds rats. Although rats aren't a regular sight there, they took their time and calculated the medication. Excellent!
