A clear recommendation! I called half of Hamburg to get a cardiologist appointment for my cat (waiting times were 4-8 weeks) and by chance it worked very spontaneously. The practice is clean and very organized, so we didn't have to wait unnecessarily. Ms. von Ruffer explained everything to us in detail and has a knack for animals and their overly nervous owners. Price-performance ratio also fits.
I was there with my daughter, who breeds rats. Although rats aren't a regular sight there, they took their time and calculated the medication. Excellent!
