I took my dog ​​to this vet in 2023! The bill was €500, of which €450 was paid immediately! Then I heard nothing for two years! Suddenly, I received two payment reminders in quick succession! Naturally, these were for much larger sums! Then the vet left me a voicemail saying a third reminder would be coming soon; that was on July 1st. I called back that same day and apologized several times for not having paid yet, but my father had been very ill and passed away the day I called! I solemnly promised her that I would pay the remaining €70 this month! But I was also under a lot of stress at the time, dealing with the priest, the cemetery, and so on. You know, all the things that come up! On July 18th, I found a letter from some lawyer in my mailbox with a bill for €280. I think it's absolutely unacceptable to not contact someone for two years and then suddenly have to pay up immediately. And the fact that you make an agreement with her that you'll definitely pay, and she obviously doesn't wait to see if I'll pay it this month as agreed, but just does something like this! So if you don't want to get ripped off, don't go to this practice! They say "oh my goodness" to your face, and at the same time, they're contacting their lawyer! And again, they warn you it's €500, of which €450 has already been paid, and now I'm supposed to pay another €270 just because she didn't wait, even though that's what we agreed on! Absolutely outrageous! Take your furry friends somewhere else! By the way, so much for being available 24/7! When my dog ​​was very ill, I called her several times at 7 a.m., but no one answered. An hour later, my dog ​​was sadly dead! Around 9 a.m., I got a message from her about what was going on! By then, it was already too late! And now, as a parting gift, I get this! Unbelievable, really 😡

"Available 24/7" That would have been truly desirable. At 7:00 a.m., urgent help was needed – but no one answered the phone twice. Simply driving by wasn't an option in this situation. For anyone else who urgently needs support: Go directly to a clinic. There, you and your furry friends will receive 100% of the help you need. And to you: Either your online information is outdated – or what exactly are we supposed to make of it? Absolutely disappointing!

In September 2024, I took my cat to the Langmann veterinary clinic because blood was found in her stool. The vet was very friendly and empathetic and treated my cat well. However, despite the examination, the cause of the bleeding could not be determined. My cat received vaccinations and vitamins, and I was informed of the costs. Since card payment was not possible on-site, I was supposed to receive the invoice by email. However, it never arrived. I then called to inquire and reiterated that I had not received an invoice. I was assured that it would be sent again. Even after that, nothing arrived. Later, I personally delivered another stool sample and also left a note with my address and email address, stating that I still had not received an invoice. To this day – May 2026 – I have never received an original invoice, but instead suddenly received a payment reminder with additional fees. I find this very disappointing, as I have repeatedly tried to obtain and pay the invoice myself. The medical care was friendly, but the organizational aspects were a complete disaster. Sadly, that was my first and last visit.
