We were there today with our dog for the first time, and we received excellent advice. The vet was very helpful! She was incredibly kind to our dog and to us as well. She greeted the owner and explained every step! We will definitely be back. The price was completely justified! I don't understand some of the reviews here, as they unfortunately put people off such a professional. Thank you for your help, Ms. Heitmann. Keep up the good work, we'll be back!

We took our dwarf lionhead parrot, Samy, to her emergency vet two days ago. She was incredibly patient and examined Samy thoroughly to find out what was wrong. Samy was feeling better by evening and was eating on her own. Today she's back with her cage mates. Thanks again!

I've been taking my two dwarf rabbits to Ms. Heitmann for several years now and I'm completely satisfied! Her loving way with the animals and the time she takes for each treatment are truly remarkable. :-) Even when the waiting room is full, she remains friendly, patient, and extremely professional. I feel very well cared for here and always enjoy coming back! :-)

We took our dog to the vet as an emergency case due to suspected poisoning. She took her time and really took excellent care of my dear dog. Thankfully, poisoning was ruled out.
