We took our dog to the vet as an emergency case due to suspected poisoning. She took her time and really took excellent care of my dear dog. Thankfully, poisoning was ruled out.

I've been taking my two dwarf rabbits to Ms. Heitmann for several years now and I'm completely satisfied! Her loving way with the animals and the time she takes for each treatment are truly remarkable. :-) Even when the waiting room is full, she remains friendly, patient, and extremely professional. I feel very well cared for here and always enjoy coming back! :-)

I was there with my dog. He had a dog allergy. I can only say that she is a competent and very nice doctor. You feel well cared for. Hygiene was excellent. Consultation was great. Price-performance ratio is good. I live in Ingolstadt, but I would go there anytime if my dog ​​had any problems.

Highly recommended! They were very calm and reassuring, thoroughly examined our cat, and have a lovely way of dealing with patients. Being open on Saturdays is fantastic! We'll be back!
