I am so grateful for the excellent care I received at this veterinary practice. From the very beginning, I felt my pet was in the best hands. The entire team is incredibly friendly and empathetic, and they always take the time to answer any questions. The veterinarian explains diagnoses and treatment options clearly and transparently, so pet owners are always well-informed. I was particularly impressed by the loving way my pet was treated – the animals' well-being is truly their top priority. Everything runs smoothly from an organizational standpoint as well: short waiting times, flexible appointment scheduling, and a pleasant atmosphere in the practice. We adopted our cat from the animal shelter, and after about two weeks, we had our first problems, naturally over the weekend. The emergency vet clinic in Ilztal was open, so I called and was able to go right away. The vet is very nice, accommodating, and the prices are great. I'm so glad we stumbled upon this wonderful clinic by chance. The staff is also very friendly and understanding.

My anxious dog, who struggles to go into the practice and won't leave the carpet, is treated very gently in the waiting room. I can absolutely recommend this veterinarian!! We took our cats to a vet in Grafenau who prescribed the wrong pills for one of them, pills that would have done more harm than good. So we went to this veterinary practice and received immediate help. The staff are so kind and helpful, and if you have any questions, you get helpful information and advice. My cats felt comfortable there, and the atmosphere is very pleasant! I will only go to this veterinarian in the future. Many thanks to the vet and the staff! 🐾

I took my 18-year-old cat, who was in generally poor health, to this practice. The vet examined her and took an X-ray, as I wanted to minimize stress for my old lady. A general decline in her physical condition was noted, but no pain or discomfort that could be treated immediately. I was satisfied because my cat was able to pass away peacefully and with dignity after 18 years of life. A few weeks later, I brought my 8-year-old dog in for a check-up and dental cleaning. She was given anesthesia, and everything went well. She tolerated the anesthesia well and was completely recovered by the afternoon. Having owned pets for 20 years and visited many veterinarians, I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
