We visited the emergency vet twice, and Ms. Bestmann-Auchter cared for our kitten incredibly kindly, competently, and with a focus on finding solutions each time. She was able to help him immediately – we are very grateful for the quick and loving treatment.
I highly recommend this practice. I called yesterday morning about an emergency and was able to come in that same afternoon. She took a lot of time for our dog and explained everything very well.

I had to take my cat to this veterinary practice due to an emergency. My cat had blood in her urine. I was very impressed with how Ms. Bestmann handled her. She was very calm and gentle, as Mizie was very stressed from the car ride and relaxed with Ms. Bestmann. She examined her thoroughly and took plenty of time despite the late hour. I will always have my cat treated by her from now on, as such good veterinarians are not always easy to find.
