We visited the emergency vet twice, and Ms. Bestmann-Auchter cared for our kitten incredibly kindly, competently, and with a focus on finding solutions each time. She was able to help him immediately – we are very grateful for the quick and loving treatment.

Great vet! She's very empathetic and has a very pleasant influence even on anxious animals! I'll only go to her with my dog from now on. The treatment is always perfect. The best vet in FRG (I've been to almost all of them with my chronically ill dog).

I highly recommend this practice. I called yesterday morning about an emergency and was able to come in that afternoon. She took a lot of time with our dog and explained everything brilliantly.

I brought in a healthy cat for what was supposed to be a minor procedure and got back a deaf cat (ear cleaning wasn't requested) and practically a zombie. When I picked her up, she was still almost completely under anesthesia. But you trust the assurances that she'll only need another two or three hours to recover. This is more like my little cat. She's totally lethargic. She used to be an outdoor cat and a proud hunter. Now she won't even go a meter outside. The woman talked a lot, but I'm just so sad and horrified by what she did to my beloved pet.
